The following general terms and conditions apply to the current offers, savings or promotions featured on our website, in addition to the offer specific terms and conditions that can be found below.

General terms and conditions for online promotions

All offers are subject to availability, can be changed or withdrawn without notice and will be available for a limited period only. All holidays are subject to availability and prices on our website fluctuate daily (up and/or down) based on availability. Offers are for new bookings only cannot be combined with other offers unless specified. Holidays operated by Thomas Cook Tour Operations Ltd, ATOL protected 1179, ABTA V6896.

Promotional codes

If you have a Promotional code which qualifies for a discount off a holiday, please enter it in the box on our payment page. All Promotional codes are subject to the terms and conditions associated with that Promotional Code. Those terms & conditions may state the discount is subject to a minimum spend, the code might be redeemable against selected holidays and have an expiry date – please check the Promotional Code terms and conditions carefully. Promotional Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previously confirmed bookings. A maximum of one Promotional Code per booking can be used. Promotional Codes can be changed/withdrawn without notice.

On selected holidays where you see this promo code discount code being advertised, this code must be entered on the payment page of this website to get either £50, £100 or £300 off per booking – the amount you save will be calculated on the payment page after you enter the promo code and will be based on the total holiday cost (excluding travel insurance).  The saving applies to selected Thomas Cook, FlexibleTrips or Airtours branded package holidays flying with Thomas Cook Airlines and departing between 1 November 2018 and 31 October 2019. You must search and book via the “Holidays” tab on this website. Saving applies only to those selected holidays displaying the promo code advert within the main holiday photo are included in the promotion. Only one promo code per booking can be used. Saving cannot be combined with any other promo code, offer or discount unless stated otherwise. Offer available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or altered without notice. FREE KIDS PLACES

There are a limited number of holidays available where the first child is free (plus any applicable supplements). These are available at selected properties when sharing a room with at least two full paying adults, on selected dates on flights with Thomas Cook Airlines. These places are very popular and go quickly, so make sure you book early. There are limited first child places available that are free and when these have sold out we will offer the first child our lowest available current child price at the time of enquiry. Just ask your Travel Advisor, phone us direct or visit our website to check the current child prices.

Tour Operator Full Standard Deposit 

The current full standard deposit amounts applicable to Thomas Cook, Airtours and Manos package holidays are shown.(These amounts can change so if you’ve previously booked please check your documentation for the amounts payable).

Short Haul: Full Deposit £200 per customer**

Medium Haul: Full Deposit £200 per customer**

Long Haul: Full Deposit £250 per customer**
**Any traveller aged 2 years or over.

Even if you cancel your booking prior to the date on which the remainder of the Full Deposit must be paid, you will still be liable to pay the remainder of the Full Deposit (because a cancellation charge equal to the Full Deposit amount is the minimum cancellation fee that will apply), and payment of that sum will become due immediately when you instruct us to cancel your booking. If you fail to pay the remainder of the Full Deposit by the due date, we will be entitled to cancel your booking and you will then be liable to pay the remainder of the Full Deposit to us.
Deposit amounts payable for other holidays, cruises and travel services will vary. You will be advised of the current applicable deposit on the payment page of the travel services you select.

 

Low deposit scheme 

On selected Thomas Cook, Airtours or Manos branded package holidays, you may be offered the option to pay a Low or Reduced Deposit (referred to in these conditions as a “Low Deposit”).  Where you choose this option, the following terms and conditions apply.  Making a Low Deposit payment shall mean you (the Lead Name on the booking) have accepted these conditions for yourself and each member of your party. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

You agree to pay, the difference between the Low Deposit and the Full Deposit (shown below), 8 weeks after booking, followed by the remaining balance of your holiday 14 weeks before departure.

The current Low Deposit and Full Deposit amounts payable are shown below.(These amounts can change so if you’ve previously booked please check your documentation for the amounts payable).

Short Haul: Low Deposit: of £75 per person (Full Deposit £200 per customer**)

Medium Haul: Low Deposit: of £75 per person (Full Deposit £200 per customer**)

Long Haul: Low Deposit: of £125 per person* (Full Deposit £250 per customer**)

*The Low Deposit is payable for the first child only, subsequent children do not pay this deposit but will be required to pay the Full Deposit after 8 weeks.  The Low Deposit is payable even if the first child price is less than £75 – any payment exceeding the first child price will be reduced from your final balance payment due 14 weeks before departure.

£0 (Zero) Deposit (or £50/£100 per person Low Deposit) when you pay by Direct Debit

If you decide to pay by Direct Debit instalments, you may be able either to pay a low deposit (currently £50pp for Short and Mid-haul and £100pp for Long Haul), that’s lower than the standard deposit required by the tour operator (a “Direct Debit Deposit”) or, if we are operating a zero deposit promotion, to pay no deposit (“Zero Deposit”).  The current standard full tour operator deposit amounts are listed in the section above headed ‘Tour Operator Full Standard Deposit’. Where you choose one of these options, the following terms and conditions apply in addition to the full terms and conditions for payment by Direct Debit instalments. Making a Zero Deposit or Low Deposit payment shall mean you (the Lead Name on the booking) have accepted these conditions for yourself and each member of your party. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
 
• If you don’t set up the Direct Debit instalments, then to avoid the risk of your booking being cancelled, you must contact us without delay to arrange to pay by another means. Failing to set up your Direct Debit means you’ll no longer qualify for a Direct Debit Deposit or Zero Deposit and you must immediately pay the full standard tour operator deposit by card or cash to avoid your holiday being cancelled by us and you becoming liable to pay a cancellation charge in accordance with the tour operator’s booking conditions
 
• If you set up your instalments, but your Direct Debit is subsequently cancelled by you, or by us, before the amount you’ve paid is at least equal to the tour operator’s standard deposit, you must contact us without delay to arrange to pay by another means. Cancellation of your Direct Debit means you’ll no longer qualify for a Direct Debit Deposit or Zero Deposit and you must immediately pay the remainder of the tour operator’s standard deposit by card or cash to avoid your holiday being cancelled by us and you becoming liable to pay a cancellation charge in accordance with the tour operator’s booking conditions.
