There's plenty of accommodation choice for your next Zante holiday with Airtours. If you want a Self Catering holiday we’ve got plenty of apartments and studios to choose from, or if you want your food and drinks sorted for you, there are many All Inclusive options at great quality hotels with a wide choice of activities included.

Whatever you'd like to do on your Zante holiday you're likely to find it. If sun, sand and sea are your thing there's plenty of that. If you like to see the sights there are ancient monasteries to visit and boat trips that’ll show you the island's spectacular coastline. If you’re up for energetic nightlife, enjoy a night out at some of the island’s many clubs and bars.

No visit to Zante would really be complete without a trip to the Blue Caves, a stunning, rocky landscape framing caves and tunnels. Here the beautiful white rock formations contrast with the calm, blue water.

The Blue Caves are on the north west coast, so hop on a small boat from the northern end of the island or hire one yourself and enjoy the chance to swim in this beautiful area. If you’d rather stay dry, you can set out on a glass bottomed boat tour to see the sea life below.

To sample the true spirit of Zante, take a trip up into the mountains to one of the little villages. The villagers are famed for their true hospitality and you'll get a chance to sample some specialities of the area.

You'll find authentic Greek cuisine in these villages, including local cheeses, cuts of cold meat and locally made honey. There are special sweets to enjoy and, of course, your meal wouldn't be complete without a glass or two of the locally made semi dry wine, Mastelado.

Zante, in common with the rest of Greece, has a long religious history, and dotted all over the islands are many monasteries. Some of the old monasteries were built on sites where there are spectacular views, and it's well worth taking a tour to get a sense of Zante's religious history.
