Manchester International Airport
Airport Location: Seven and a half miles south-west of central Manchester.
Terminals: Manchester airport has three terminals, 1, 2 and 3. You can easily walk between terminals at Manchester Airport and there is a skylink connecting terminals 1 and 2, which is about a 15 minute walk. Check with your airline to find out which terminal your flight is departing from.
Getting to and from the Airport:
The airport is located off of the M56 at Junction 5. It has direct links to the M6 and M60 if you’re heading there from the north or south. If you’re travelling from the city centre follow the A34 or A5103.
Manchester Airport train station has great links with destinations around the UK. It also has a local service running frequently from Manchester Piccadilly. The station is located at a central hub and accessible from all three terminals.
