Your Travel Documents 

If you are flying with Thomas Cook Airlines you are no longer required to present a paper copy of your e-tickets or travel documentation to check-in for your flight - just present your e-ticket (electronically or printed) and a valid passport for each passenger. 

We also recommend that you take a copy of your latest documents for when you arrive at your accommodation, either electronically or printed to reconfirm what you have booked.

When will I receive my e-ticket and Tour Operator invoice?

If you have provided a valid email address at the time of booking, we will email your Tour Operator e-ticket and invoice within 2 - 5 working days of making your booking.

Where no email address is provided, we will post your Tour Operator e-ticket and invoice to you within 3 to 28 days. 

How do I request a new or replacement e-ticket and invoice?

If you haven't received your e-ticket via email please request a new copy.

I am flying with a different airline, when will I receive my travel documents?

If you are not flying with Thomas Cook Airlines, find out about your chosen  airlines travel document requirements.
